Industrial-Grade Potentiometers with Current Interface

The IPS6000 is a high qualitypotentiometer that providesan output voltage proportionalto the angle of rotation, over amaximum range of 355°. Very robust metal housing, heavy duty, industrial grade potentiometers with repeatability of 0.007°.

Rotary resistance elements paired with an appropriate wiper, but not completed with a housing (open systems) are suitable for installation in closed devices, which allows only small fitting conditions. The two-part design consisting of sensor and magnetic position marker offers great flexibility when mounting. The absence of shaft and bearing makes the assembly much less sensitive to axial and radial application tolerances - separate couplings are obsolete. Measurements can be made transmissively through any non-ferromagnetic material. The sensor is perfectly suitable for use in harsh environmental conditions through the completely encapsulated electronics.
